HOW IT WORKS: The point is for everyone to bring a typical dish from your country (you can cook it home and then bring it and warm it up in the hostel kitchen) and share it with everyone to exchange among ourselves the flavour of our cultures. The person who cooked the best dish will also receive a fantastic prize!

The event is FREE and open to anyone who wants to bring a dish, eat or drink.

Movie of the night: SUBURRA Suburra, a Stefano Sollima movie, is set in Rome and Ostia, on the outskirts of Rome next to what was the city’s ancient port: it is a realistic, riveting and depressing portrait of the capital during the final days of the Berlusconi government. The socio-economic fabric is unraveling and criminal interests bring together politicians, members of the Catholic Church and the police. The novel is named after a neighborhood in Ancient Rome in which crime and prostitution were rife.
