LET’S SNOW at the ESNow!

Hi Guys,
We are happy to invite you to the official winterly ESN event, the ESNnow 2023!!!

The perfect way to say goodbye to winter season, spending four days skiing and having fun with erasmus and esners from all Italy.
In the beautiful contest of Trentino Alto Adige, the mountain region par excellence in Italy, and with the company of 400 and more participants, we will take part in a magical experience!

WHEN: From Friday 17 March to Monday 20 March;
WHERE: Folgaria, a beautiful and typical italian mountain town; INFO MAP

PROGRAM:

• Departure to Folgaria on March 17th;
• 4 days of skiing/snowboarding;
• 3 après ski (or after ski, the classic winternal “aperitivo time” at the end of the day);
• 3 themed parties (more info about it will be coming soon);
• Return to Rimini on March 20th.

FEE: 290€ per participant which includes:

• 3 nights in hotel with breakfast and dinner;
• 4 days of skipass;
• Themed parties;
• Discounts on the ski slopes;
• Discounts for aprèski;
• Medical insurance;
• Liability insurance;
• Trasports in Folgaria;
• Welcome Pack

Extra costs are: 

• Equipment rental [ski/snowboard + ski boots + helmet], 45€; 
• Ski/Snowboarding lessons, 27 Euros;

Transportation from/to Folgaria is not included into the Fee. Anyway, we’re working to organize it in the better and cheapest way possible.

ESN NATIONAL EVENT in ROME, from 12th to 14th NOVEMBER!
You will have the chance to participate to the so-called ESN ICE 2021!!! (Incontro Culturale Erasmus - Erasmus Cultural Meeting): 1200 Erasmus students, coming from ESN sections all over Italy, will meet in Rome to explore the Eternal City!

A band-wrist will be given to the ones who participate to the event, so ONLY with that it will be possible to enter the parties or participate to the events organized at ICE 2021.

PROGRAM (COULD CHANGE)
Friday, November 12th
- Departure by train from Rimini train station
- Arrival in Rome, registration for ICE 2021.
- Check-in at the hotel and free lunchtime
- Tour of Rome: Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Fori Romani, Fontana di Trevi, Montecitorio, Piazza Colonna, Piazza Venezia, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc.
- First ICE 2021 Theme Party in a huge and famous disco of Rome! 

Saturday, November 13th
- Visit at the Vatican, and we will visit one of the biggest art collections of the world: VATICAN MUSEUMS and CAPPELLA SISTINA! (NOT INCLUDED, PRICE 9€)
- FLAG PARADE (bring your COUNTRY FLAG)
- Second ICE 2021 Theme Party!

Sunday, November 14th
- Tour of other places of interest in the historic centre of Rome (if there is time left)
- Departure to Rimini, arrival by evening

The fee is 200€ and includes:
- 2 nights’ accommodation in hotel and tourist tax.
- Round trip by train to Rome
- Tour of Rome held by professional guides.
- Fee Participation to the organized Event ICE 2021 activities:
- The Official T-SHIRT of the Event
- ICE 2021 Welcome Pack (bag, map of Roma and various gadgets).
- Participation at all the organized activities.
- Entrance in both ICE theme parties (Friday and Saturday).
- Round trip Shuttle bus for one of the ICE themes parties.

AS ESTABLISHED BY THE ITALIAN GOVERNMENT DUE TO THE EPIDEMIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS ACTIVITY IT IS NECESSARY TO BE IN POSSESSION OF THE GREEN PASS.

Hi Guys are you ready for our  second day trip? this time it’s gonna be an entire day in Bologna :)

When: Saturday 23th October
Info:
We leave at 11.30 from the train station with a private bus. 
Meeting time: 11.00

We will be in Bologna around 12.30 then we will have some free time for lunch till 14/14.30.

ESN Bologna is waiting for us and after the free time, we are heading through a guided city tour + apericena (aperitivo + dinner).
In order to make a party in Bologna we will take the bus for the way back around 2.30/3 in the morning.
if you have the ESN card you'll get a discount price in some bars in Bologna.

The price is 15€ per person.

Max number of people is 42.

For register yourself you have to fill fhe form and pay the quote at the Erasmus office.
The green pass is mandatory to enter in the bar and clubs

Hello guys! Here’s the first trip: the cultural one.
We are having a day trip in San Marino 

San Marino is one of the world’s most ancient republics and is characterized by a medieval architecture from the 11th century.
We are visiting all the ancient village and going through the old towers alongside the old walls.

This incredible trip will be from the 15th to the 18th of March at an unbeatable price which will include:

• 3 nights in Hotel * with breakfast and dinner included
• Ski pass for 4 days

NB: Our fee starts from €220, which doesn't include costs of the skiing/snowboard equipment, skiing/snowboard classes (they depend on your choises) and THE BUS FEE which will be communicated later as a consequence of the participant's number.

The fee does NOT include:
• Hotel deposit (it will be returned unless you destroy everything) - 20 €
• Ski pass deposit (it will be returned at the end of the trip) - 5 €

• Costs for RENT ski/snowboard for 4 days are:
• Ski / Snowboard + Boots = 30 €
• Only Ski / Snowboard = 25 €
• Only Boots = 15 € 
• Helmet = 5 € (mandatory for those who want to go to the snow park)
• Skiing / Snowboarding Lessons (6 hours divided in 3 days) = 25 €
