What is the Gala Night? Lo
It is a formal night where we have the chance to relive the best moments of your Erasmus experience here in Rimini.
When: *31st of May 2024*
Where: At the *"Il Vigneto"* Via Santa Aquilina, Rimini
Dress code: Wear something elegant and fancy 

*The program:*

Private return shuttle  to the restaurant.

Dinner menu:

• 2 different First Courses
• 2 different Second Courses
• Unlimited water and wine for the duration of the dinner
• Coffee and digestive
   

After dinner there will be the ESN Rimini Awards with the awarding of the winners.
Followed by DJ sets until about 1.00am.

The fee for the whole event, with dinner, party and transport is:

• 32€ with ESN card
• 37€ without ESN card

Hi everybody! 
As promised, here we are with the new informations about friday night!

Since the price for the dinner rised because of reasons not depending on us, we decided to replace it with a pre-disco bottellon in piazza Cavour to keep the same price .

Here is the new plan:
H 21.00: meeting point in piazza Cavour to start the bottellon (cheap drinking, yay!)
H 22.40: meeting point at Rimini station to take the shuttle to the Peter Pan club 

Prices remain the same: 
20€ for the women
25€ for men 
Which includes the entrance to the club and one drink

The cost for the shuttle is not yet sure but it wont be higher than 14€;

LET’S SNOW at the ESNow!

Hi guys,
We are happy to invite you to the official winterly ESN event, the ESNnow 2022!

The perfect way to say goodbye to winter season, spending four days skiing and having fun with erasmus and esners from all Italy.
In the beautiful contest of Trentino Alto Adige, the mountain region par excellence in Italy, and with the company of 300 participants, we will take part in a magical experience!

WHEN
From Thursday 17 March to Sunday 20 March;

WHERE
Folgaria, a beautiful and typical italian mountain town;

PROGRAM: 
- Departure to Folgaria on March 17th;
- 3 days of skiing/snowboarding or alternative mountain activities;
- 3 après ski (or after ski, the classic winternal “aperitivo time” at the end of the day);
- 3 themed party (more info about it will be coming soon);
- 1 Pizza party on friday night;
- return to Rimini on March 20th.

FEE: 
265 Euros per participant which includes:

• 3 nights in hotel with dinner;
• 3 days of skipass;
• themed parties;
• Pizza party;
• Discounts on the ski slopes;
• Discounts for aprèski;
• A medical ensurance;
• Trasports in Folgaria;

PLAN
It will be a one day event and we are reaching the place by private bus with ESN Modena: this means that we are taking the bus, going to the party and coming back to Rimini right after. 

- h. 14.00: leaving from the train station with our private bus 
- We pass by Modena to pick up our travel mates
- h. 18.30: one hour / one hour and a half break
During this hour you can have dinner and drink you own drinks: you can’t drink outside the place of the party so we will do it before arrive there.
- h. 20.00/20.30 We arrive at the party 
- h. 2.30 Return to Rimini (the party ends at h2.00)

The semester is about to end. After parties of all kinds, it is time to get dressed up and show off your best suits! You got it right… it’s Gala Dinner night!
